Product Introduction
The intelligent steam‑crystallization evaporation wastewater treatment system addresses the limitation of conventional heat‑pump evaporation units, which are unable to handle highly crystallizable waste liquids. The evaporator shell is equipped with a heating jacket. , It is equipped with fixed, rotatable blades and uses waste heat from steam or hot water as the heat source to warm the inner cylinder wall. Due to the combined effects of gravity, centrifugal force, and the rotating scraper, the solution forms a rotating thin film on the inner wall of the evaporation chamber. , And during this process, it is evaporated, concentrated, and crystallized.
