Product Introduction
The intelligent heat-pump crystallization and evaporation wastewater treatment system addresses the limitation of conventional heat-pump evaporation equipment, which is unable to handle highly crystallizable waste liquids. The evaporator’s outer shell is equipped with a heating jacket. . It is equipped with fixed, rotatable blades that heat the inner cylinder wall using a high‑temperature refrigerant. Under the combined action of gravity, centrifugal force, and rotating scrapers, the solution forms a rotating thin film on the inner wall of the evaporation chamber. , And during this process, it is evaporated, concentrated, and crystallized.

① The heat pump crystallization series is a low-temperature evaporator that utilizes heat pump technology. ;
② Vacuum level maintenance -(0.091-0.097) MPa , evaporation temperature 30 ~ 45°℃;
③ The equipment features a built-in scraper that fits tightly against the chamber, enabling it to handle viscous and crystallizing liquids. ;
④ The jacketed heat exchanger does not come into contact with the inlet water pipe. ;
⑤ It can be concentrated and crystallized, and can be completely discharged as a solid. ;
⑥ The built-in scraper is driven by a reducer and is used for sludge discharge and to enhance the concentration. ;
