Activated carbon adsorption equipment is a widely used exhaust gas treatment system in industrial facilities. This technology is well suited for handling organic waste gases at ambient temperatures, with large airflows and medium-to-low concentrations—typically below 1,000 mg/m³—containing volatile compounds such as benzene‑based substances, ketones, aldehydes, ethers, alkanes, and their mixtures.
1. Activated carbon adsorption equipment
Activated carbon adsorption equipment is a widely used exhaust gas treatment system in industrial facilities. It is simple to operate and highly effective, relying on physical adsorption to achieve excellent removal performance and high treatment efficiency. This technology is well suited for handling organic waste gases at ambient temperatures, with large airflows and medium-to-low concentrations—typically below 1,000 mg/m³—containing volatile compounds such as benzene‑based substances, ketones, aldehydes, ethers, alkanes, and their mixtures.
2. Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO)
Safety is paramount during the operation of industrial exhaust‑gas treatment equipment. Regenerative thermal oxidizers (RTOs) represent a mature, stable, and highly effective technology. These systems can treat toxic gases, volatile organic compounds, and malodorous emissions generated in manufacturing processes. By leveraging high‑temperature oxidation to purify exhaust streams, the equipment controls temperature to convert pollutants into carbon dioxide and water, while recovering the heat released during decomposition to achieve both environmental protection and energy savings.
3. Photocatalytic oxidation equipment
UV photocatalytic oxidation equipment primarily uses artificial ultraviolet light as its energy source, combined with highly active, high‑efficiency catalysts, to effectively purify exhaust gases. Through photocatalytic oxidation, it converts various organic pollutants—such as aldehydes, benzenes, amines, nitrogen oxides, sulfides, and other VOCs—as well as inorganic compounds—into carbon dioxide, water, and other non‑toxic, harmless substances. At the same time, it achieves odor removal and the elimination of bacteria and viruses.
