Process Flow Description:
1. Collection Tank: Collects wastewater discharged from each dental chair and performs preliminary filtration to remove large particulate impurities. The size of the collection tank is selected based on the number of dental chairs and the corresponding volume of wastewater to be treated.
2. Sedimentation: The insoluble substances are separated through a sedimentation process, and the resulting precipitates are periodically removed and disposed of together with medical solid waste.
3. Filtration, Biochemical Treatment, and Disinfection: The clarified effluent is sequentially treated through filtration screens made of different materials, while a high-efficiency disinfectant is added. The wastewater remains in the system for at least one hour, ensuring that the treated effluent meets discharge standards.
4. Compliance with discharge standards: Once the wastewater meets the required discharge criteria, the solenoid valve opens, allowing the treated effluent to be conveyed via pipeline into the municipal sewer system.
