The Diaphragm Pressure Tank is an energy-storage device composed of a steel shell and a rubber diaphragm liner. The rubber diaphragm completely separates the water chamber from the gas chamber. When pressurized water from the external source is injected into the liner of the Diaphragm Pressure Tank, the air sealed inside the tank is compressed. As the gas is compressed, its volume decreases and its pressure increases until the internal gas pressure equals the water pressure, at which point water inflow ceases.

Product Overview

Process Principle
When system pressure is high, it stores water; when pressure is low, it releases water. Moreover, based on pressure fluctuations, it controls the start-up and shutdown of pumps to maintain stable pressure and replenish water.
Product Features
- The internal diaphragm structure of the tank ensures that water does not come into contact with the tank walls, thereby preventing internal corrosion and external condensation, significantly extending the service life.
- The rubber diaphragm can expand and contract more than 200,000 times and, once inflated, can be used for an extended period.
- It can effectively dampen pressure fluctuations in the water system and reduce the frequency of pump start-ups and shutdowns.
- The diaphragm is made of food-grade natural rubber and can be used in potable water systems.
