The Automatic Dosing Device is a complete set of equipment that integrates dosing, mixing, liquid delivery, and automatic control. Its main application areas include:
① Commonly used chemicals in water treatment include coagulants and disinfectants. Coagulants comprise polyacrylamide, ferrous sulfate, ferric chloride, polyferric sulfate, aluminum chlorohydrate, and aluminum sulfate; disinfectants include liquid chlorine, chlorine dioxide, and sodium hypochlorite.
② Wastewater treatment requires various chemical agents; common oxidants include chlorine, ozone, bromine, iodine, potassium permanganate, and others.
③ In industrial circulating water treatment, commonly used chemicals include corrosion inhibitors, scale inhibitors, dispersants, biocides, and pH adjusters. Most of these chemicals exhibit a certain degree of corrosivity; therefore, when selecting dosing equipment, the equipment’s corrosion‑resistance grade should be matched to the specific type of chemical being handled.
Process Principle
The primary principle of the dosing system is to deliver the chemical agent from the storage tank into the solution tank at the required concentration. Inside the solution tank, water and a mixer are used to thoroughly blend the chemical. Once uniformly mixed, a metering pump delivers the solution to the designated dosing point. The system can be configured to provide automatic, quantitative dosing and automated dose‑rate adjustment, as needed by the process.
