Process Principle
The Electronic Descaler utilizes electronic components to generate a high-frequency alternating electromagnetic field, causing the physical structure and properties of water molecules to change as they pass through the device. The original associated chain-like macromolecules break down into individual water molecules, enhancing their polarity and increasing their dipole moment. These polarized single water molecules then surround the positive and negative ions of dissolved salts in the water, reducing the ions’ mobility and weakening electrostatic attraction, making it difficult for them to collide and combine, thereby preventing scale formation and achieving the purpose of scale prevention. Meanwhile, within this high-frequency alternating electromagnetic field, pre-existing scale crystals become softened and cracked, gradually shedding and dissolving under hydraulic action, thus accomplishing the goal of descaling. Furthermore, this high-frequency alternating electromagnetic field disrupts the living environment of aquatic microorganisms, exerting bactericidal and algaecidal effects. Additionally, in this environment, dissolved oxygen combines with water molecules more readily, making it less likely to precipitate out, thereby inhibiting oxidative corrosion and under-deposit galvanic corrosion.
