The Whole Process Integrated Water Processor mainly consists of a carbon steel cylinder, a specially structured stainless steel mesh, a high-frequency electromagnetic field generator, a corona discharge generator, and a排污 device. Through an integrated filtration system combining the stainless steel filter screen, mechanically variable-diameter holes, and the corona effect field, it adsorbs and concentrates hardness substances and composite scale formed in various water systems under actual operating conditions, reducing their concentration to control fouling and most hardness scale. By using a transducer to convert specific-frequency energy into the medium being treated—water—it generates electromagnetically polarized water, causing the arrangement and positioning of scaling ions to become distorted and deformed. When the water temperature rises to a certain level, the treated water requires a period of time to return to its original state; during this phase, the likelihood of scale formation is very low, thereby achieving the goal of controlling hardness scale. At the same time, metal ions on the vessel walls are inhibited, providing anti-corrosion protection for scale-free systems. Furthermore, electromagnetically polarized water can effectively kill bacteria, algae, and other microorganisms in the water, thereby effectively suppressing microbial growth.

1. Sterilization and algaecide
The harness’s emitter continuously emits a segmented-frequency waveform that acts on water, disrupting cellular metabolism, rupturing cell walls, and destroying the enzyme systems essential for cellular survival, thereby achieving the purpose of sterilization and algae elimination.

The operating principle of the full‑process water treatment device is to mitigate and inhibit electrochemical corrosion. It features low operating costs, employs a purely physical treatment process without chemical agents, exhibits low pressure drop and high flow rates, and is easy to operate and maintain.

The multifunctional full‑range water treatment device operates by simultaneously controlling both hard scale and fouling, thereby comprehensively addressing the issue of composite scale. Consequently, under normal system operating conditions, it can perform descaling and anti‑scaling as well as ultra‑clean filtration.
