Process Principle
The Cyclone Desander operates on the principles of centrifugal sedimentation and density difference. When water enters the device tangentially at a specified pressure, it generates vigorous rotational motion. Due to the differing densities of sand and water, under the combined action of centrifugal force, centripetal force, buoyancy, and fluid drag, the lighter water rises and is discharged through the outlet, while the heavier sand particles are expelled from the bottom discharge port, thereby achieving the purpose of sand removal.
